Methodology used in this course

                                                       Pinpilinpauxa

We are the Pinpilinpauxa team, a team formed by the next integrants: Jesún, David, Ane and Unai.

The main idea is to work as a team, spliting the work initially but finally putting all in common. All of us have an honest and respectfull communication or, at least, we try to have that. When some of us presents his or her idea, we listen to that person and we can accept or not accept the idea but always respectfully.

All of us have different groups comparing with the last year, when we were with different people.

Obviously, each one of us has his way of being, but we have adapted quite well to the group that has touched us.

But there is a person, who doesn't work as the rest and the disadvantage is that another teammate has to do his work.

Before starting to work we talk and explain the doubts and opinions we have, so we can understand and start working.

There is a good athmosphere in the team and good communication, and our goal is to achieve the challenges they ask us and have them ready in time.

So, we see that the solution with the groupmate is to wait to his attitude change because we have talk with him as a team. If he doesn't change we will see the options we have.

On the other aspect, we combine the time we spent with the challenge with theorical lessons the teachers explains.

We are learning about making an enterprise with Iratxe, security thems with Ricardo like types of encryptations, PHP language with Xabi, english skills like listenings or readings with Richard and managing different operative systems with Gorka and Javier, concretelly Debian and Ubuntu.

One of the better things with working as a group is that when someone has a difficult to learn something that is explaining in class, the groupmate can help if the teacher is busy doing another thing, and in this challenge that is a great advantage.

So, as a conclussion, we hope the problems that our group currently have will be fixed at the end of the month because we can't have more problems in the next two challenges that are most difficult than this one.
