This is the last week of classes, so it's the last time I'll write in this blog.

We has finished the last challenge of the course and we did the defense on last friday, and on this week we have had to go to school to do the last exams and recuperations.

We did an english exam on thursday which was a reading text about Linux operative system and some questions about the course.

15th week

15th week

On this week we've done the defenses of the challenge. We did the defense of the Active Directory with Javi where we created an user and we shared a folder between the Windows Server and Ubuntu, which only could be seen by the user Gruñon.

Also, we went to a fair in Eibar where we presented our enterprise and it had a very high success, where people approached us to know more about DALANGO.

We did the individual defense with Gorka about mail server, instant messagging and multimedia server.

We improved the website to present on the challenge's defense and presentation and today we've presented the challenge in front of Ricardo and Xabier.

This is the last week of the challenge and the course. It was time. At this week we have presented the challenge, all we have been doing the last two months. Everything went well and we have finished all the challenges.

Also we have been doing final exams. They have been a bit difficult, and I have suspended a pair of them.

We went to Eibar ass well for doing a presentation of the enterprise that my classmates have done at the subject of Iratxe (I have validated that subject). 

Finishing, we have done the recuperating exams. I have failed with Javi, as many of my classmates. I hope to recuperate this exam.

It is the last week of class and we are all nervous about the grades, this week it is decided who practices, it is a long and exhausting week because we have to recover many things, exams, individual defenses, presentation of the challenge, I have had to recover programming computer based on php language, prohibit and deny pages for a squid service that is to configure the proxy and high availability to make a defense of load hardeners and the VPN defense. We have also taken English and script exams. The teachers have met and have decided that the delivery of the notes will be on 02/20/2020.

On this week we haven't done much things. We've continue with the development of the challenge because we'll do the presentation and defense on friday 7th of february.

We finished with the high disponibility task which we'll defend next wednesday with Ricardo.

Also, we are finishing the database analysis and documentating it. It'll be a review about the Wordpress database performance.

We're finishing the documents about Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and we're preparing all for the fair where we'll go on next thurday to present our enterprise (the website, what we do, our products...)

Finally, with Javi we finished the work about Windows Active Directory and how to integrate Windows and Ubuntu in the Active Directory. We created users and organizational units as well. We also shared folders between the computers.

On this week we haven't done much things. We have continue with the development of the challenge because we'll do the presentation and defense on friday 7th of february.

We have finished high disponibility with Ricardo. We have make two virtual machines with apache and another two to act as balancers.

On the other hand, we have been finishing the webpage what is done with Wordpress. We have made changes at the structure of the page.

With Javi we have finished the jobs tha we started last week about samba and Active Directory. Maybe i will have todo the defense next week, i'm late.

The project deadline is approaching, and we are preparing for the group and individual defense for this week,

With Ricardo we had to defend the proxy and defend high availability.

With Javi, they have been giving jobs for individual defenses.

With Gorka, you have had to make a mail server defense but you had to delay it because we have not done properly.

With Xabi we have shown you the website, and you have told us the missing requirements and what can be improved on the website.

With iratxe you have had to deliver everything that is from ikass company and we had to go to eibar to present the Kenya project.

13th week

On this week we've finished the work of Samba, a service which allows sharing files between Unix O.S. and Windows O.S. and we've started with the Active Directory of Windows Server 2016.

We've finished all the requeriments that Gorka demanded for the challenge. It includes the multimedia server, the mail server and the instant messaging server. For the multimedia server we've used plex, for the mail server we've used dovecot, postfix and thunderbird and, finally, for the instant messaging server we've used ejabberd and Pidgin.

With Ricardo we've finished the configuration of the proxy using squid. With the proxy we can restricted the access to some pages.

With Iratxe in the subject of enterprises and entrepreneurship we've been doing some exercises about finances on an excel.

With Xabi we continue doing the website and we done an exam about Wordpress last friday to prove our knowledge.

We are continuing with project 3.
In impwe we have carried out the php recovery and wordpress exam and it has updated the recovery date. In security and high availability we are doing tests with the proxy and we have already started installing on the server.
In database we are investigating the tables and finishing finishing what they ask us.
In network and internet services we have finished installing the mail server and the multimedia server on the real server.
In operating systems we are performing the task of active directory and preparing the defense.
In iratxe we are doing the ikass company, we have made an inquest and we also have to go from excursion to eibar.

On this week we have continuing making the 3rd project. 

At the subject of Ricardo we have finished the configuration of the proxy. We have installed squid for the proxy configuration and we have prohibed a couple of webs like marca to avoid distractions.

Also we have continuing making high availability.

With Gorka, we have been installing multimedia server and mail server.

At the same time, we have been doing a pair of works with Javi. One about samba and another one about Active Directory on Windows Server 2016 for manage users of the domain.

12th Week (or the week after Chistmas Hollidays)

We returned last week from Christmas vacation and we've continued with the challenge that we have to present on February 7th and which will be the last challenge to do of the year and of the course.

We've been doing the installation and configuration of the multimedia server Plex on the physhicall server. Also, we've been investigating how to install and configure the mail and instant messaging server on the physhicall server. For the moment we've been doing practices on virtual machines but we haven't achieve it yet.

We're been investigating too about high availability and we've started with the website. On this occasion we'll do the website using a content manager like Wordpress. We've done the installation and we've started installing some plugins that are neccessary to the website works.

Also we've been donig some exercises with Iratxe about finances and the economical planning in an enterprise and with Javi we've been doing two works about services to share resources between the three virtual machines (Debian server, ubuntu client and Windows 10 client) and we've done the demostration that everything works well and that we know how to install, configurate and use it.

AFTER CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS WE HAD TO MAKE RECOVERY FROM PROJECT 2, AND CONTINUE WITH PROJECT 3.

IN NETWORK AND INTERNET SERVICE WE HAVE INSTALLED A MAIL SERVER AND A MULTIMEDIA SERVER.
IN BBDD WE ARE CALCULATING THE TABLES OF THE DATABASES HOW MUCH THEY OCCUPY AND INVESTIGATING WHAT IS VARCHAR, CHAR INT ...
IN OPERATING SYSTEMS WE ARE INSTALLING A DOMAIN CONTROLLER WITH LINUX.
IN HIGH AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY WE ARE INSTALLING A PROXY IN THE VIRTUAL MACHINE TO INSTALL IT IN THE SERVER.
IN IMPWE WE ARE WORDPRESS INSTALLER TO THEN MAKE A WEB PAGE AND INSTALL PLUGINS AND WE HAVE DONE THE DATE OF THE QUICK EXAMINATION TO HAVE TIME TO FINISH ALL THE PROJECT.

Hello again, we have been missing because of christmas hollidays. We have turned and know we are with a lot of energy for finish the challenge an the course.

This week we have install and configurate the plex server. It serves for upload multimedia like videos, songs... 

Also we have been investigating how we can make our website with wordpress and improve the database of the website.

Finishing, we have been doing some exercises with Javi with the virtual machines.

11th WEEK

This week we have finished improving and finished solving the problems what we had in the webpage. Then we have done the defense of the webpage.

We have bought a domain for the webpage of the enterprise for the company we have doing with Iratxe. Also we have made a budget for buy a computer.

In others subjects they have given us subject-matter. 

In my case, I have also been doing exercises and practicing for the recoveries that I have this week and after Christmas.

This week we've learned more about what is a mail server and what kind of options we have. We've been investigating more about postfix, thunderbird and dovecon and we've started installing and configurating them in a virtual machine for test them before installing in the server.

Also, we've learned more about what is a proxy and high availability and we have to start investigating how to manage it for the challenge.

We've continued with the company we've created and we've bought the domain for the website.

Finally, we've presented the website again because we've been solving some problems for this last two weeks.

We have started with the presentation of project 3, they have explained to us what we have to do for project 3.

In networks we have to make a worddpress web page, with many requirements.

We also have to set up a mail server and a multimedia server to perform tasks.

In company we had to do a test with some questions and we continued with the theory for the project3. In security we have to perform the recovery of openvpn and teach for the next project.

In systems we have to mount a print server and do the script recovery.

We also have to control access to navigation. this week we take Christmas holidays

10th WEEK

This week we've started with the new challenge looking for information about the documents that are necessary in a comercial relationship like invoices, delivery notes and sales orders.

Also, we went to the Basque Cibersecurity Center in Vitoria on Tuesday 10th where they showed us the installations and we did a challenge about hacking which was 3 hours long. I win doing nothing jejeje.

We're fixing the website because there were some wrong things and we've until next week to fix all.

We've finished the work about printing server which we started last week for the subject of Javier.

In english we've prepared the oral presentation about dual vocational training which we'll present this thursday.

DAVID MARTIN

This week they have introduced us the new challenge that is the third and the last challenge of the course. We have to do a print server, mail server, secure the work environment...

On Tuesday we went to Vitoria for visit the Basque Cybersecurity Centre. It was really good and after that, we went to tecnalia and we did a game which consisted in hack a webpage for steal money of the users.

We also have been improving the webpage and resolving issues. 

With Javi we have instaled a print server and we have done a tutorial about that.

THIS WEEK WE HAVE HAD REVIEWS OF RECOVERY OF THE PROJECT 2.

IN NETWORKS WE HAVE DELIVERED THE WEB PAGE, AND NOW WE HAVE TO PERFORM THE RECOVERY OF THE PHP EXAM. IN BBDD WE ARE WITH THEORY TO BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING PROJECT.

IN NETWORKS WE HAVE HAD TO PERFORM THE RECOVERY OF FTP, DHCP AND DNS AND WITHIN A MONTH WE WILL DO ANOTHER DNS EXAMINATION.

IN SECURITY WE HAVE CARRIED OUT THE FIREWALL DEFENSE AND CONTINUE WITH THE THEORY TO PREPARE THE FOLLOWING PROJECT.

IN OPERATING SYSTEMS WE HAVE CARRIED OUT A PRINTING SERVICE MANUAL AND WE HAVE TO DELIVER IT TO BE ABLE TO APPROVE.

IN COMPANY WE HAVE HAD TO CONTINUE GIVING CLASSES FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT AND WE HAVE PURCHASED A DOMAIN FOR THE WEB PAGE.
